DuraKleen Gas Phase Adsorber delivers superior performance in gas and odor removal applications where ultra-high efficiency is required. It is designed to target volatile organic compounds (VOCs), airborne molecular contamination (AMC), and other low-level gases often found at concentrations of 1 part per million (ppm) and below.

The filter utilizes Celbond Particulate Structure (CPS) technology, which distributes activated carbon evenly within a three-dimensional network of bicomponent fibers. This advanced bonding method ensures that only minimal carbon surface area is obstructed maximizing exposure to contaminants and improving adsorption efficiency.

The media contains 500 gsm of 20x50 mesh activated carbon, providing an excellent balance of high initial removal efficiency, extended service life, and low resistance to airflow. The strong fiber-to-carbon bond also eliminates the need for post-filtration in many applications, resulting in simplified system design.

DuraKleen is available with additional media options designed for the removal of specific contaminants such as amines and acid gases, offering flexibility for specialized environments.
