All-Plastic Compact Design

The MicroMAX PL6 is manufactured in a 6" deep durable plastic frame designed to replace almost any 12" competitive high-efficiency filter. Its lightweight construction allows easy installation into side-access housings or front-load holding frames and serves as an excellent replacement for bag filters and other rigid filters.

The compact and lightweight design reduces shipping costs and minimizes inventory space requirements. It is also ideal for applications where incineration is the preferred disposal method.

Dual-Density Filter Media

The MicroMAX PL6 utilizes micro-fiberglass media treated with a water-repellent binder. The media is constructed with a graded density structure, featuring coarse fibers upstream and finer fibers downstream. This dual-density design ensures full media utilization, resulting in higher dust holding capacity and extended filter life.

The filter is also available with antimicrobial-treated media for enhanced performance in sensitive environments.

Great Performance in a Compact Design

The MicroMAX PL6 offers comparable media surface area and performance to traditional 12" final filters, but in a compact configuration. Its mini-pleat media pack uses thermoplastic glue-bead separators to maintain consistent pleat spacing and optimize airflow performance.
