SprayStop S“ Standard Capacity Synthetic Overspray Media

SprayStop S is designed for applications requiring high initial efficiency to control overspray emissions. It effectively removes overspray solids from lacquers, air-dry enamels, and thermo-reactive coatings, making it an excellent paint arrestor for a wide range of liquid coating materials.

The media features a progressive density structure with coarse fibers on the air-entering side and finer fibers on the air-exiting side. This design promotes full depth loading, delivering up to 99.8% removal efficiency and extended service life compared to many competitive products.

SprayStop S utilizes acrylic binders with no harmful halogens, making it environmentally friendly. The white upstream layer and green downstream tint ensure correct installation.

Optional Configurations: Available as pre-cut pads, blankets, service rolls, bulk rolls, and DUO-CUBE (single pocket) and DUO-PAK (two or three pocket) configurations in standard sizes and depths.

SprayStop SHC“ High Capacity Synthetic Overspray Media

SprayStop SHC is engineered for high-volume coating operations where extended filter life and production efficiency are critical. It provides exceptional stack protection and emission control across a wide range of coating materials.

This high-capacity media offers a paint holding capacity of up to 2.97 lbs per square foot, enabling longer service intervals. Its progressive density design allows paint particles to permeate the media fully, maximizing efficiency through full depth loading.

Constructed from 100% synthetic fibers, SprayStop SHC features a white air-entering side and dark gray downstream side for proper installation. The media contains no halogens, making it safe for the environment.

Optional Configurations: Available in pads, blankets, slit rolls, bulk rolls, and DUO-CUBE and DUO-PAK pocket styles in standard sizes and 10" or 15" depths.
