SprayStop STK Synthetic Overspray Media

SprayStop STK is a highly durable paint arrestor composed of 100% multi-denier synthetic fibers arranged in a progressively dense configuration. The media is coarse on the air-entering side and becomes finer toward the air-exiting side, allowing paint particles to permeate the entire depth of the media for full depth loading.

This design enables SprayStop STK to achieve up to 96% removal efficiency when collecting aerospace primers and powder coatings. The extended service life reduces downtime and enhances operational efficiency, while helping to prevent stack contamination and maintain compliance with emission standards.

The upstream side is colored red and the downstream side is tinted purple to ensure proper installation. The media uses acrylic binders and contains no harmful halogens, making it environmentally friendly.

SprayStop STK is effective for a wide range of air-dry coating materials, including lacquers and enamels. Its durability allows it to be vacuumed and reused, making it a cost-effective solution for primary filtration in source capture applications.

Available in 3/8" thick pre-cut pads, blankets, service rolls, and bulk rolls to suit various system requirements.
